The General Assembly consists of ALL the member states of the United Nations — it is the only organ in which every member is represented, which is why it is called the "World Parliament".
Each member state may send up to five representatives to the Assembly, but each state has only ONE vote, so the smallest nation counts equally with the greatest.
The Assembly meets once a year in a regular session, and special sessions may be called; it elects its own President for each session.
Three marks means three elements: all members represented, five delegates but one vote, and the annual session. The one-state-one-vote rule is the detail examiners look for, because it is what distinguishes the General Assembly from the Security Council with its veto.
