Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of TestWallah at testwallah.in. By using the site or buying access, you agree to them.

Who runs this site

TestWallah is operated by Abir Kanjilal, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You can reach us at support@testwallah.in.

What we provide

A study resource: previous-year ICSE Class 10 examination questions, organised by year and by chapter, with answers and worked solutions written independently for study purposes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CISCE board. “ICSE” describes the syllabus these questions follow and nothing more. We do not issue certificates, do not guarantee any examination result, and the answers here are a revision aid rather than an official marking scheme.

Free and paid access

Every subject's questions, answers, chapter pages, practice mode and printable worksheets are free. Free prints carry a small testwallah.in mark. A free account includes one AI-marked suggested paper.

Pro (₹599) and Max (₹999) are one-time payments that add AI-marked suggested papers (two per subject on Pro, up to five per subject on Max), chapter tests on Max, stored scores and a weak-chapter report, usable until 31 March 2027. The allowances and price shown on the pricing page at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to you.

Suggested papers are assembled by us from past board questions in the current board pattern. They are practice papers, not predictions of the coming examination.

AI marking

You write answers on paper and upload photos or a PDF (up to 25 pages per script). An AI model marks them against our answer key and marking notes. The score is indicative: it can misread handwriting or diagrams, and it is not an official or board result. A script counts against your plan once it is sent for marking; one that fails to mark does not.

Upload only your own answer scripts. Do not upload anything other than answers to the paper — no photos of people, identity documents or other personal material.

Your account

Access is personal to the account that paid for it. An account can be used on up to three devices; you can remove a device yourself from your dashboard, once a week. Sharing credentials, or reselling or redistributing the content, is not permitted, and we may withdraw access without refund where we find an account being shared or the content being republished.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What you may do with the content

Download, print and study the material for your own preparation, or your child's or your students'. That is what it is for.

Do not republish it, sell it, upload it to another site or app, or use it to build a competing product. The question wording originates with the examination board; the organisation, the answers, the worked solutions and the chapter classification are ours.

Accuracy

We check the material carefully and correct errors as we find them, but we do not warrant that every answer is free of mistakes. If you spot one, tell us at support@testwallah.in — corrections from students and teachers are how this gets better.

Where a paper is not marked as source-verified, its wording is not claimed to be a verbatim reproduction of the original board paper.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting problems and circumstances outside our control can interrupt it. A short interruption is not a failure to deliver what you paid for; a prolonged one is, and is covered by the refund policy.

Limits on liability

The site is provided for study. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for examination outcomes or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to access you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
