(1) HABEAS CORPUS — ordering that a detained person be produced before the court and released if the detention is unlawful. (2) MANDAMUS — ordering a public official or a lower court to perform a duty it has failed or refused to perform. (Prohibition, Quo Warranto and Certiorari are equally acceptable.)
Only the names are strictly required, but adding what each does costs a few words and protects you if the examiner wants more.
