He must have held a JUDICIAL OFFICE in India for at least TEN YEARS, or have been an ADVOCATE of a High Court (or of two or more such courts in succession) for at least TEN YEARS.
Explanation
Only ONE qualification beyond citizenship is asked, so give one and give the figure — ten years is where the mark lies. The two alternatives are exactly that: ALTERNATIVES, not cumulative requirements. Note that the "distinguished jurist" clause belongs to the SUPREME Court and would be wrong here. The retirement age is 62 for a High Court judge and 65 for the Supreme Court.
