The Union Legislature comprises the President and the two Houses of the Parliament. With reference to the Parliament, answer the following questions:

(1) He must be a citizen of India. (2) He must not be less than 25 years of age. (3) He must not hold any office of profit under the Government of India or of any State; he must be of sound mind, not an undischarged insolvent, and his name must appear on the electoral roll in some part of the country.

Explanation
