(1) To free India from British rule by ARMED STRUGGLE, marching into India with Japanese support under the battle cry "Chalo Delhi". (2) To achieve the TOTAL MOBILISATION of Indian manpower and money for a total war, and to establish a Provisional Government of Free India (Azad Hind) that would take charge of liberated territory.
