WHAT THIS QUESTION SPECIFICALLY REQUIRES

Note the chain of request: you are writing to the PRINCIPAL to ask for the DANCE TEACHER. So the e-mail must be addressed to the Principal and must ask permission to depute a member of her staff — not write directly to the teacher. Getting this wrong loses content marks even when the e-mail is otherwise good.

It also ties to the notice in part (i), so the DETAILS MUST MATCH — same date, time, venue and event.

Content checklist: the event, date, time, venue, the role being requested, WHY this person, and the practical arrangements.

The reason worth giving here is not only her reputation but the FAIRNESS point — an outside judge reassures every participating school.
