A parameterized constructor is a constructor that accepts one or more parameters, so that an object can be initialised with values supplied at the time of creation.
Example: Student(String n, int m) { name = n; marks = m; } called as Student s = new Student("Ravi", 85);
Explanation
Define it and contrast it with the non-parameterised (default) constructor, which takes no arguments and sets fixed initial values.
