AGRANULOCYTES are white blood cells WITHOUT granules in the cytoplasm and with a large rounded nucleus: LYMPHOCYTES and MONOCYTES.
GRANULOCYTES have granules and a lobed nucleus: NEUTROPHILS, EOSINOPHILS and BASOPHILS.
THE SHORTCUT is in the word endings. The three granulocytes all end in -PHIL; the two agranulocytes both end in -CYTE. That alone answers the question without recalling any biology, and it eliminates every option containing a -phil.
