Part 1 is the OVARY. The two hormones it secretes are OESTROGEN and PROGESTERONE.

Explanation

The ovary is both a GAMETE-producing organ and an ENDOCRINE gland.

OESTROGEN — develops the female secondary sexual characteristics (widening of the hips, development of the breasts) and repairs and rebuilds the uterine lining after menstruation. PROGESTERONE — secreted by the CORPUS LUTEUM after ovulation. It MAINTAINS the thickened uterine lining ready for implantation and sustains pregnancy.

THE NEAT PAIRING with the menstrual cycle: oestrogen BUILDS the lining in the follicular phase, progesterone MAINTAINS it in the luteal phase, and when progesterone falls the lining is SHED as menstruation.
