The outlet is the HEPATIC VEIN, carrying blood away to the inferior vena cava.
IF THE QUESTION SPECIFIES OXYGENATED blood, only the hepatic artery will do — as in the 2023 paper. Here it says only "supplies blood", so both are correct.
