Justice is speedy and inexpensive — there is no court fee, and disputes that would take years in a regular court are settled in a single sitting. (Equally acceptable: it settles disputes by compromise so that neither party feels defeated; it serves the weaker sections who cannot afford litigation; its award is final and binding; and it reduces the workload of the regular courts.)

Only ONE advantage is asked, so give one and give it well rather than listing several — in a one-mark question, a list wastes time you need elsewhere. Speed and cost is the safest single answer. The name itself, "People’s Court", is worth a phrase, since it explains the informal and conciliatory character of the institution.
