Explanation
Notice the SEMICOLON immediately after the for header. It makes the loop body empty, so the print statement is not inside the loop — it runs once, after the loop has finished. The loop itself simply counts x = 1, 2, 3 and then, when x becomes 4, the condition x <= 3 fails and the loop ends. So x is 4 when the print executes. Always check whether a loop actually has a body before deciding what it prints.
